I bought this bag and it originally had a faulty zip that kept getting stuck, I emailed the team and they kindly and switly sent me a new bag for free! The second bag has arrived and has a fully functioning zip. It is so aesthetically pleasing, so convenient and the best way to carry and use my makeup. I am so pleased with this product and the customer service- the team are so kind and helpful. The bag is so cute my sister wants one too!
