Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Gift cards are issued by The Flat Lay Co. and can be redeemed at flatlaylondon.co.uk only. They cannot be used on flatlaylondon.com (our US site), in physical retail stores, or on any third-party marketplace.
2. Gift cards are digital only and are delivered by email.
3. Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance is forfeited after this date.
4. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part, except where required by law.
5. Gift cards can be used across multiple orders until the balance reaches zero. Remaining balance stays on the card until it expires.
6. Gift cards cannot be reloaded once purchased.
7. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced or refunded once sent.
8. Gift cards can be used to purchase any product on our site, including sale items, unless stated otherwise.
9. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a gift card if we reasonably believe it was obtained fraudulently.
10. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these terms.
11. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
